Had an awesome time exploring the nearby outlet shopping with my family. The staff was super accommodating, even allowing our three dogs to stay with us without any hassle. Plus, the rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for a family getaway.

My kids wished for a larger pool area to enjoy when we weren't out shopping. It would be great to have more family-friendly activities right at the hotel.

The minute I walked in, I loved the cozy vibe and the awesome burger at the bar was a pleasant surprise! After a long day, unwinding by the pool was just what I needed. The only bummer was some noise from the breakfast area in the morning, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

O'H American Grill's veggie options were on point. The hotel breakfast, with its omlet station, was legit too! The staff at Starbucks were rockstars during the busy hours, making mornings easier.

Parking was a total hassle and pricey. Also, the elevators were painfully slow, and the restaurant was always packed, so we missed out on dining there. Thank goodness Starbucks was quick!
