Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago Hotel - Rosemont

Perfect spot for the marathon-clean and comfy! A quick walk to the Metro makes getting around easy. Bonus, the shuttle service is a total lifesaver!

But the bed was like it was auditioning for 'The Great Collapse'-it really took the 'sleep' out of my beauty sleep!

The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered appetising dishes. The staff were genuinely helpful and responsive, gave us great tips.

Had a good stay for one night at the beginning of our trip, glad I've chosen it. The king room was well decorated with double beds, so that guests had essentials. The hotel's location was central, adjacent to airports❤

Breakfast was a little pricey, can be better.

Unique place, I loved hospitable personnel.

Its wonderful, central location was a plus. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner.

Upscale hotel, top-class and genuinely helpful staff, decent location close to everything in Rosemont. Location really close to pretty isolated from restaurants and attractions. For tea or coffee visit Sugar Factory nearby...

Room, location, price were ok

Receptionist gave me a room that didn't exist, in a hotel that is very spacious, it means a lot of walking, queuing again, waiting for the elevator etc. There was a bottle of water as a consolation!!!!. The shuttle bus does not run often enough

Would recommend for a stopover

Clean room, spacious room, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the free airport shuttle made it easy to explore the area.

Noise from planes above can disturb sleep.

The location close to the airport - great if you're busy there, there's a train to the city within walking distance - but not City Center :) Breakfast was super, rooms super, staff very nice. Was enthusiastic and can recommend it. Internet could be a bit faster but you can work if you don't work with large amounts of data.

The premier double room provided a comfortable and spacious environment, complemented by friendly staff at the front counter. Cleanliness was a standout, and the large TV with ample channels was a nice touch. The shower had inconsistent water pressure and fluctuated in temperature, disappointing. While the food options were subpar, the bar offered strong drinks.

The staff was super accommodating, even allowing our three dogs to stay with us without any hassle. Plus, the rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for a family getaway.

My kids wished for a larger pool area to enjoy when we weren't out shopping. It would be great to have more family-friendly activities right at the hotel.

Breakfast was great, staff super friendly! All tip top! Unfortunately we heard people talking in the next room, the phone ringing in the middle of the night! Maybe not in all the rooms! I hope so!
